HeadChair is a vintage-inspired beach lifestyle brand built around a compact headrest that first hit the sand in the 1980s. We rediscovered this forgotten gem — a simple, fold-flat design perfect for beach lounging, poolside reading, or catching sun without craning your neck — and decided to bring it back with a fresh spin.

Our mission is simple: make it easier to relax. Whether you're spending a lazy afternoon on the coast or heading to your neighborhood park, HeadChair gives your head a break — literally.

A Nostalgic Revival

We stumbled upon the original HeadChair when we received an original as a Christmas gift, complete with sun-faded packaging, bold retro fonts, and a perfectly 1980s model posing with that unmistakable ease. It was practical. It was weirdly beautiful. It deserved a second life.

So we redesigned the product, upgraded the materials, revived the packaging — and even tracked down the original model, who still had her swimsuit from the first shoot.
